Community Entities :

Creating a Tennis Community is a great low-cost way to promote awareness of the clubs, associations and/or businesses.
It could even create an income stream for your
entity.

A COMMUNITY CONSISTS OF -

* Community 'home' page, linked to a composite Regional Directory and Regional News page.
* Regional News page which delivers current news and events to its member associations and clubs.
* Regional Directory listing all regional clubs, subsidiary associations and participating businesses.
* Expanded Directory link provides access to a description of the listing, contact details and other pertinent information.
* Local News page delivering current news and events to its members.
(Participating businesses have a similarly linked Expanded Directory to promote their business/services.)

The COMMUNITY HOME PAGE displays -

* The entity's logo and regional banner
* Description of the
entity
* Links to the Regional Directory, Regional News and other sources that may be of interest to your members

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS ?

To the Community Entity:

A tennis region can provide cohesion in delivering current news and events to its member associations and clubs via an economical improved communication method.

The entity can actually create an income stream from the arrangement.

A tennis club can provide a similar benefit to its members whilst earning income by creating a sub-community of participating businesses.

WHAT DOES IT COST ?

The initial cost of a "Tennis Community" is $690 (consisting of $300 set-up fee and an annual fee of $390 for hosting and management) this provides for 10 participating listings and description pages at no further charge.

Initially, once you have reached 10 listings, any subsequent listings will be invoiced at $39.
Subsequent years all listings will be invoiced at $39 per participant.

The recommended Participation fee is $69 per annum.

INCOME STREAM :

In the first year, an entity can recover their entire outlay with just 10 listings, plus earn $30 rebate for each additional listing.
Subsequent years, the $30 rebate applies to all new listings and renewals - providing the entity with an income stream.


INCOME EXAMPLE :

If an entity gathers 20 listings:
In year 1 it will earn $300 ($30 x 10)
In year 2 and subsequent years, it will earn $600 ($30 x 20)

An originating entity may adjust the Participation fee for commercial ventures as they see fit, merely forwarding our requirement of $39 per participant per year.

WHAT TO DO ?

Start now and commence your portal:

  • Complete and submit the electronic form above
  • Forward your Initial Fee of $690 to the address below
  • Forward a list of participating clubs, subsidiary associations and businesses
  • Forward logo/s and text in digital form (by email or on CD) for entity's Community page and Expanded Description pages

WHAT TO DO ?
If your Association has NOT commenced a Tennis Community, contact them now, directing them to this address.

If you are listing in a new or existing Community:

LIKE TO CREAT A SUB-COMMUNITY ? (and create an income stream for your club)

You may have interested businesses willing to participate in the Community at your Club level. There is no minimum listing for Sub-Communities, each listing will be displayed on your Club Page with a link to their own sub-page, similar to the Club Page, where they can advertise their products and/or services.

A recommended fee of $69 per participating business, would provide the club with a $30 per annum, per listing, income stream.
